“Yoga is the perfect opportunity to be curious about who you are.” Jason Crandell
If you can breathe, you can do yoga! Asanas (postures or poses) are only one part of yoga. I view yoga as a way of living in this world. It is a vehicle through which I have healed my relationship with my mind and body, and continue to discover more of myself through my yoga practice.
Currently I solely teach yin yoga because it is near and dear to my heart. Yin yoga deepened my yoga journey, and I love sharing it with beginners and experienced yogis alike!
What is yin yoga exactly? In a yin yoga class you can expect to utilize props to support poses. Each pose will be held for approximately 3-5 minutes, and poses will focus on releasing the fascia in the low back and lower half of the body.
Currently I am only accepting private students. Connect with me here for more information!
